Thank you so much Elad for guiding through the last bit.
I look forward to connecting with you on Facebook and further investigating into remaining fetters.
Much love and gratitude

Re: The last bit
Thanks for everything Elad. Here are the answers:
1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
ANSWER: No there is none. Just the make believe thought that says it so. There was never a separate self. Only illusion of one.

Re: The last bit
Hi Elad
1) So the sense here is that seeing all ready is happening and the process of deepening is on. What reactions come up to that?
I agree. There was a lot of reactivity and deep anger/resentment that got released in last few months. Now there is a deeper level of opening is happening.

Re: The last bit
Can anyone choose anything?
A: No. Its all spontaneous and without reason or rhyme. Thoughts create reason out of whats happening.
Do the sensations that are habitually associated with I in any way say or inherently express that they are I?

Re: The last bit
Hi Elad
Q: I think you are not seeing that you did not respond to the first part. *In full mindfulness/attentiveness to what is there, it is seen that no self is there* - is that your experience?
A: I apologise. Missed answering it. Yes, in full inquiry and attentiveness it is very clearly seen ...

Re: The last bit
Here are responses from last nights inquiry:
How is the movement controlled?
Movements are automatic. Its all random. What movement is about is an afterthought once it has happened.
Does a thought control it?
Thoughts do not seem to control it. Thought may precede the movement but don't control ...

Hi Elad
So this is what I posted before:
"So do I understand you right that yo say that in full mindfulness/attentiveness to what is there, it seen that no self is there, but that this full attentiveness is not there much of the time ?"
AJ: Yes, full attentiveness into senses is not there a lot ...

Re: The last bit
Hi Elad
Yes. There is a difference in two ways.
1. Doubt - There is a feeling of discomfort and doubt in the current experience. When inquiry happens into the sense of separateness, it points to a very very subtle thought of "me" in the head region. When attention goes closer to thisthought, the ...

The last bit
LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this? I understand that thought arise, seeing happens, sensations are felt but all this is not happening to “someone” seperate. This illusion of separateness hijacks the experiences and adds filters. When ...
