So what I got out of it is that the word 'self' we use to describe it - the conditioned personified perception of me / you.
And that it doesnt really matter to talk about the no self so we can focus on what is ...

Corona/John is the story / the coat about a self.
The human being or "no self" is not the story or the persona - but it just thinks it is that.

I feel that there is no self. That all is one.
That I am just a representation in the physical body of something bigger.

But my mind feels very attached to the person"corona" and the physical body and life I have.
In that way I don't understand that there could be no self.

it is a story - everything is a story.
But on the other hand I am also living right now in this life and tying these words with a physical body/form.

I am in Sweden now and the idea is to be back in the Netherlands in August.
