Hi Bananafish,
Like I have read in spiritual books, were in people are in some kind of bliss I am not experiencing that state of bliss. Only thing I can say is, there are no more questions. I have been trying to think if I have any questions or do I need anything more to know. Nothing is coming up ...

How is the self felt now?
It feels liberating to see no self. The thoughts come up but it doesn’t own me like before. I am more aware now, whenever there are thought I am able to step back and see it has just labelling and not actual experience. There is more mindfulness in the ...

Hi Bananafish,
Is the sense of "I" JUST a thought?
Yes, it is just a thought.
You know the "I" is a thought. What still makes you feel that there is
"you"?
I am not sure what is still making me believe that there is me, most of the time there is awareness and thought is seen for what it is ...

Hi Bananfish,
What exactly is the "sense" that is there? Do you see, feel, smell, hear or taste
it? Could you observe it and describe how it is felt? Also, please notice the

Hi Bananafish,
Is there any bodily part that relates to this "sense of me" you've been
talking about?
When I am meditating I don’t find any sense of me in any part of my body. But if I think some exciting or fearful thought I can feel the sense of me in my heart. It feels like it is ‘me’ who is ...

Hi Bananafish,
Please say this out loud; "Sense of me is just a thought."
What does saying this brings up? Search for any sensations (not thoughts)
that arise and check with it whether you've viscerally understood what you've said aloud.

When I looked more,I realized identifying with thought was nothing but a label.Let's have a look at what you call "sense of me."
What kind of sense is it? Can you feel a felt bodily sensation that is
relevant to that sense?
