I am inquiring every day, today my body was getting out of the bed in the morning by itself, watching happened.

The sensations that give the impression of them I have no own life.

Till the impressions come very often, so looking has to happen very often during the day.

lLoking at the fear: it is a process and the I thought standing in the beginning is a thought ... beeing seen by ... not another thought but by seeing.

In the heart of hearts I have not doubt ... still the momentum that veils seeing is still ...

there was still seeking in action, so I sought. Even though there were (very) short glimpses of that kind, that "in here" is nobody.

The last weeks I took more time for meditation: being aware on being and then opening to that, what sees/feels that.

This brought depth.

well, there is still not totally certainty of a realisation, no "breakthrough-feeling", definitely no fireworks.

There is indeed more openness and awareness that in challenging situations - or even regular ones - the looking for that what is looking is here and thereby opening the ...

noticing makes the noticed / notice happen. Noticing happens automatically.

I cannot find a separation. It happens spontaneously.

It is a being in which everything is noticed.
