I would say that nothing is aware of sight. Sight is any awareness that is carried by visual objects. That's as far up the chain as it goes.

I guess I would say that sight is looking from behind my eyes. But sight doesn't feel like me. It doesn't really seem to have anything to do with me. Touch seems to be the more important sense for grounding my sense of locatedness.
