Ok mach doch mal folgendes.

Nimm dir etwas ungestörte Zeit und kommentiere 5-10 Minuten ganz entspannt alles, was du wahrnimmst, du kannst es auch aufschreiben wenn du magst. Das könnte sich so anhören:

1. Ich sitze auf dem Stuhl und spüre Druck. Ich sehe aus dem Fenster. Ich höre ein Auto usw ...

Woher kommt der Wille, dass zum Beispiel dein Herz schlägt?

Allerdings ist mir auch aufgefallen, dass ich in verschiedenen Momenten die Gelegenheit habe, mich umzuentscheiden.


Aber eine Kontrolle, dass meine getroffene Entscheidung eingehalten wird, habe ich nicht. Dazu würde Willenskraft oder Disziplin gehören...
