Hmm, There are thoughts about doubts. But they are not believed.

I read in the enlightening app a few weeks back: once you have seen you can never unsee.

I didn't understand this back then but now I do, and I also experience this in life ...

Whats happening more often the last few days is that there is more and more recognition of thoughts and feelings when they appear. I feel that a lot of times a certain emotion/feeling in the body triggers "My" or My pain" thoughts.

There are thoughts and feelings and they just show up and go again. They dont belong to anybody ...

1. There was no thought at all that controlled or started or continued the flipping.

2. Nobody, there was just reading the exercise and then doing the flipping.

I feel that when a thought is believed as real or truth its controlling.

Example thought : "I can not do this" 95% that I will not do it.

If there is awareness of the thought when it passes, or short after it passes its not controlling then ...

So i think that the conditioned network of thoughts with "I" in it is causing the problems.

But since I am not the conditioned network of thoughts... the thoughts are not my problems :O

Feeling light and I feel relieved right now.. something is happening..

The thoughts that are believed are creating the problems.
But, if i search for who is believing the thought i find nothing... one thought is believing another thought.

While the DE is sometimes unpleasant there are no real problems that need to be solved, life is fine as it is right now, apart from the story's in my head.

All the problems are created by the "I", "My"problems.
The distraction comes when the thought is believed and this causes the suffering.
