So it is clear that thoughts labels everything continuously and that thoughts as well as sounds, sensation, taste, smell, colour all appear spontaneously and there is no one/nothing that is controlling them, making them happen, deciding if or when they appear or choosing what they want to appear ...

today i received some pretty nasty emails..they trigger all kinds of thoughts and sensations..so what is really happening isnt someone being mean to someone else..its amazing and nuts!. I noticed the past few days alot of narration going on while working..thinking about where to put in a fence post ...
