1. No there is and never was a separate entity and never was - a sense of me yes made up of sensations and labelling by thought s but no actual entity exist;s

steve just having a" what the F__k day - so much coming up in experience and lots being seen and lots of " how did any of that ever make any sense : plus def the sense that no one is controlling anything - its kind of really intense but funny at same time

reporting back :)

everything is seen as empty of me - although lost in thought is still happening and a sense of me there sometimes - when looked at clearly it is all empty

gabi is having a strange time at mo even calling herself by her name

I am continuing to look daily - the body one is werd and yesterday as I looked at it it disorientated the mind for a while -

the body one is huge for me I was a dancer for years and have always taught stuff with the body so that groove/belief is hard wired - but it is being seen

I have more excitement now with the process that it can finally unravel it self and that that is already known completely can ...

I do think something has been seen more clearly now - i have been looking all day at experience - the me isn't there when i look and thoughts today have been noticed as just thoughts - that have no validity to whats real but just part of experience which includes all sensing - seeing ...

thanks for this too - and yes for sure better to trust experience as the only reality

this has cleared up some doubts as to how and what so I am going to stay with it and see how it goes from here
