There isn't any specific thoughts, pretty much empty.
There is a senstation of peace and warm.
However, some...difficult to describe...awarness of the body arises... deeper presence of the body is perhaps a better description.
Pretty similar to the experience from meditation...

Exercise step 1:
The thoughts are there with some words and some images; positive and negative. Some words/images become stronger than other creating sensations in my body. Everything is anyhow foggy, doughy. Efforts are needed to focus, get some clear picture; it is an evasive me.
