In the past week, everything has become very clear to me. Before that, even though I saw that there was no me, there was still confusion. Since I let go, it all fell into place.

Hey, great that you're back!

What advice would I give you? Hmm... not sure. Maybe just observe thoughts and learn which ones are related to myself and which ones are related to other things, without trying to count them. Just get a sense and awareness of how my mind works.
