Re: Is there a guide available?
Thank you. Could you give the immediate, what-shows-up responses to each of the questions...
1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there
ever?
No. Absolutely not.
2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it ...

Re: Is there a guide available?
Just like the self, the mind doesn't actually exist. The word points to something fictional. When you say that something goes on in your mind, there is something going on. Maybe you see images, maybe you talk to yourself. Those are there. But this thing called a mind isn't. There isn't some kind of ...

Re: Is there a guide available?
In the past week, everything has become very clear to me. Before that, even though I saw that there was no me, there was still confusion. Since I let go, it all fell into place.
So to answer your question: no, except if in your judgement there is reason to explore further.
Thanks.

Is there a guide available?
Hello,
My guide Armstrong suggested that I ask for a new guide. Can someone take over?
Thanks.

Re: Would love a guide!
Hey, great that you're back!
What advice would I give you? Hmm... not sure. Maybe just observe thoughts and learn which ones are related to myself and which ones are related to other things, without trying to count them. Just get a sense and awareness of how my mind works.

Re: Would love a guide!
Ok, I've really tried hard but I can't do the exercise. My thoughts happen so fast that keeping track of them is impossible. And trying to do so stops a lot of them anyway. My mind is usually racing. 5 different topics a second at times. Multi-tasking. All branching out into other areas. It's how I ...
