Re: In search of no thing

Sepi,

Sorry for you waiting so long! Now I have got confirmations from other guides also. Three guides have now confirmed that you have seen through the illusion of the separate self. Congratulations!
To be true this is a beginning, but a nice one! There are still many things left to explore :). If ...

Re: In search of no thing

Sepi,

Good!
Thanks for this, Sepi. I will now invite other guides to take a look. They may or may not come back with further questions. I'll be in touch soon.
Warm wishes

Re: In search of no thing

Sepi,

Here are final questions. Please answer them as fully as you can. Ponder on, no need to hurry.

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it ...

Re: In search of no thing

Sepi,

Now, can you answer YES, without a shadow of a doubt, that there is no separate I and never have been?
Are there anything else that you want to investigate or are you ready for final questions?
Look carefully and report back.

Re: In search of no thing

Sepi,

I feel a lot of energy in my mid torso.

Good. It is direct observation. I think you already noticed that there is no problem with energy, feeling in mid torso or anywhere else. Only when the explanatory process, creating meaning, kicks in the problem can arise. The fact is the meaning ...

Re: In search of no thing

Sepi,

If I can suggest you something. Consider everything that happens as part of the process. All is good, nothing to be anxious about.

There is so much resistance to answering your question.

Good, we can look into it. When are you observing this resistance what do you find there? Describe to ...

Re: In search of no thing

Sepi,

Maybe tell me a bit more. What have you experienced? Do you experienced thoughts, feelings coming-going? Do you encounter "I" thought? How does it feel? Is it different from other thoughts or the same?
Tell me do you have a feeling you are doing observation? If yes, what did it mean to you ...

Re: In search of no thing

Sepi,

Nice observation. I like it! You are doing good!

Now it is time to go outside and look around. Better into nature, but it can be a park or any other place in the city.

Watch people, trees, birds, houses. Notice how everything is flowing, moving, humans, trees, thoughts, feelings, clouds in ...

Re: In search of no thing

If everything is a thought including the I therefore
Is it wrong to conclude that there is no doer.

Obviously not. It's not wrong. The I and the doer is only two different labels for the same suposed entity. Obviously if you can't find none of it then there isn't. Thats it. It is very simple ...

Re: In search of no thing

Sepi,

What was observed is the mingling of mind machine

Have you noticed labelling process? Look around and see what's happening. Everything is labelled. Do you do this or is it happening on automatic? Can you stop labelling?

After looking around turn attention inwards. Look at emotions. Can ...

Re: In search of no thing

Sepi,

What we are doing here is investigating the notion of separate self, called, "I". So, I will ask you to accomplish the following task:
I would ask you to carry out one short and easy experiment. Place yourself comfortably and start to observe. Observe everything for 5 min. Don't do anything ...
