Hi Lib :)
I don't really have anything to report - everything just is. There is maybe some relaxing in what is. A little more accepting and allowing - less control freaking :) no plans written for the last few days...

Hugs,
EH

I'd like for you do the final questions, EH. They aren't always "final" actually, they are good at bringing up lurking issues that may need to be addressed. I know your style isn't to elaborate, but it would be useful for these questions if you could expand more than usual. I was a the same place as you during my dialogue and got "caught" in a discrepancy during a long discourse that might have been missed had I not been "mind streaming."

Take as much time as you need.

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

4) Describe, if any, the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?

5) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control. What makes things happen? How does it work? What are you responsible for?

Please give specific examples from any recent experience.

6) Anything to add?

Hugs,

Lib

EH,
How are you coming? Don't want those response too well "thought out." :)
This is a dynamic process, you talk, we tweak, you find out where the mind still clings.
Just free flow, my friend. Let's see what falls out.

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in
any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

No, no and no :) The only place where there is this "me" is thoughts -
and not just thoughts itself (it would be something, tangible)
- but no - just contents of thoughts.

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it
starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as
you see it now.
it's just believing in thoughts + bodily sensations.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before
you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

Not much of a difference - nothing has changed. Maybe a little more
distance? More peace? Hard to tell. All there is just is.
Sometimes longing happens, sometimes fear - but it just is.

4) Describe, if any, the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
your rant about "This is it" :)

5) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control. What
makes things happen? How does it work? What are you responsible for?
Decisions are automatic - thoughts happen, than mayby some memories or
images and that action and than commentary "I made this decision - how
smart

I am" :P So intention is just thought - "I have to do this or that"
and free will is just a concept - in reality decisions are made
because of

everything and by no one. No choice and no control - sometimes only
thoughts abut them.

6) Anything to add?
Throughout last few days I was somehow uninterested with it - sometimes I looked at what is - but I really didn't wanted to write or speak about it. Nothing to get and no one to get it. Everything just is. Simple

Awww Right! Looking good, EH. Very simple, yes! I am going to confirm all this good work with the guides and get back with you. We do have a follow up Facebook group as well, if you are interested. I have really enjoyed our time together. It may take a day or two but will be back soon.

Hugs to you,

Lib

Back EH. So sorry for the delay. The brain is still a half-function here. The guides did have a few questions, if you could, my friend.

What is this tangible something, where is it?

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it
starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as
you see it now.

it's just believing in thoughts + bodily sensations.
How do you see the body in direct experience, EH?
3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before
you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

Not much of a difference - nothing has changed. Maybe a little more
distance? More peace? Hard to tell. All there is just is.
Sometimes longing happens, sometimes fear - but it just is.
Describe what you mean by a little distance?
5) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control. What
makes things happen? How does it work? What are you responsible for?
Decisions are automatic - thoughts happen, than mayby some memories or
images and that action and than commentary "I made this decision - how
smart

I am" :P So intention is just thought - "I have to do this or that"
and free will is just a concept - in reality decisions are made
because of everything and by no one. No choice and no control - sometimes only thoughts abut them.
In direct experience, how is a decision made? What is the mechanism?
6) Anything to add?
Throughout last few days I was somehow uninterested with it - sometimes I looked at what is - but I really didn't wanted to write or speak about it. Nothing to get and no one to get it. Everything just is. Simple
And could you elaborate a bit more on “everything just is.” A
bit more description?

Thank's EH.
And Hugs to you

Lib

Hi :) No problem :)
What is this tangible something, where is it?
I meant that if "I" would be a thought - (no just content of thoughts) - it would be something :))
in DE of course thoughts aren't really tangible :)
How do you see the body in direct experience, EH?
bunch of sensations no different than the ones of "outside" world
Describe what you mean by a little distance?
emotions pass more quickly and thoughts are less persistent
And could you elaborate a bit more on “everything just is.” A
bit more description?

everything just function without help - imaginary character appear in thoughts doing things, all sensations and appearances happens and are experienced - everything that is being experienced now - is reality - simple here and now. No one experiencing and no "personal" awareness. It's so casual and ordinary that it is hard to describe...

Hi EH,
Sorry for delay, as much internet issues as anything, I'm holed up in a little cabin in Wyoming. You have been confirmed by the guides and will be receiving an invitation to the (wild and wooly) Facebook group. So happy to have you aboard! So enjoyed working with you...hope to see you on FB.

Hugs,

Lib
