1) When you say "I", what are you referring to?
Nothing to refer to. thoughts, emotions, words all happen.
so when you say "i" its just part of the experience
the "I" refers itself to everything making it mIne, yours etc. no attachment to that is necessary.
2) Is there an experiencer experiencing, or is there only experience?
Experience is experiencing itself. the experiencer is part of the illusion. can never be found.
Actually look. Does experience belong to the body, or does the body belong to experience?
Experience does not belong or acquire anything. and body is within experience does not belong to it.
3 ) What did you experience at the moment you awoke?
liberation from identifying to thoughts. it did not feel like there was a moment of awakening as such.
realizing the process of gaps created between being in the moment and then being carried by thought.
4) Describe your experience in the hours and days following awakening.[/b]
Everything is as it is.nothing else needed no expectations no desires just happening , no judging even the self. just being in the moment silently looking , walking, breathing just let everything be at that moment . emotions arise just after thoughts or just passing by, nothing is permanent just forever changing.
