Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

Hi Prabhakari, Here we go! 1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever? I can find no separate entity 'self', 'me' or 'I' anywhere, at any point. There has never been a 'self'. No 'thing' exists that is separate from experience and that...

Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

Thanks for these. I’ll take my time as you suggest - I have busy few days and a weekend away so it will be some time next week at earliest.

Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

Hi Prabhakari, Well..... It has been an interesting week, sort of normal and yet different! I’ve been quite attuned to the moments when ‘selfing’ seems most visceral - very much connected to craving and aversion. And also when there is a decision to be made. I notice the tension in my body, the thou...

Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

Hi Prabhakari,
Things today are much as I described in my last message - feeling a sense of ease, openness, fluidity, and a lot of energy too. I'm quite simply enjoying.

Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

Bit of a shift since I emailed you earlier. I think it was helpful to write things down. When I looked for who, what, was confused I realised I couldn’t find anything. Something relaxed, stopped trying to ‘make sense’ of experience. There was just experience. There is just experience. I feel a real ...

Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

Hi Prabhakari, I don’t know. And that suggests to me that I’m probably not ready for the questions, or perhaps that some expectations need to be cleared up. I feel like all I can do is share a bit more of my experience, and say a bit more about expectations, and ask what you think. Over the last few...

Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

Hi Prabhakari, I’m heading off tomorrow for a weekend retreat and thought I’d check-in. I’m not really sure what to say. There is not the sense of clairty and vividness that I experienced last week, and perhaps that experience of what seemed a much ‘fuller’ seeing creates some doubt at times. In com...

Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

Good morning Prabhakari, Thought it might be helpful to check-in a bit. The quality of the experience I described in my last post seemed to slowly change over the rest of that day, becoming less clear, vivid, alive. For the last couple of days things have been more ‘normal’. I do notice that there r...

Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

Hi Prabhakari, While I was walking in the field earlier this afternoon, there was a strong shift in experience. I stopped walking, I felt a strong physical release of tension, and I made a noise. There was a great sense of clarity. Experience was very clean. I stood still for some time, and then con...

Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

Thanks Prabhakari. I'm back from Adhisthana (and Oyster Hill was indeed a helpful place to ponder). It feels like some time to allow things to unfold would be helpful as you suggest. I appreciate your invitation to be in contact, thank you. Just to be clear - would you still like me to post at least...

Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

Hi Prabhakari, Sometimes, before the moments of opening into experience which feel positive, there is a feeling of being on unsteady ground, a sense of loosing footing, which is confusing, and that seems to be happening more at the moment. Yesterday I sat by the burial mound at Adhisthana, and there...

Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

In the moments of softening, opening, the emotional experience is a positive one.
However, in general, particularly this last week, I have also been experiencing an undertone of confusion, at times feeling a bit resistant, and some quite strong fear responses coming up in my dreams.
