Re: Je cherche un guide...qui puisse accepter mon franglais

Hey Mary-J,

Everything's ok ?
Let me know if you want to keep going!

Peut etre que tu peux repondre a une seule question : "quel est le plus gros probleme que tu ressens ? Que penses-tu qu'il arrivera une fois que ce probleme ne sera plus ?"

Looking forward to hear from you.

Re: Following the Whitte Rabbit

Hey Artheon, Do you still want to look ? Is there anything that is still unclear to you ? Have you really seen through the illusion of the "I" ? As you can see there are still lots of interesting things to look at. This process is not about proving anything to anybody (there are no "others") You are...

Re: Following the Whitte Rabbit

Hi Alan, Yup. There is not a border between the experience and the looking. Maybe the difference is between the experience trough looking and the experience without looking. When I looked, everything gets more "brilliant". When I do not look, the experience is just experience. It's a little like dre...

Re: Following the Whitte Rabbit

Hi Alan, No, it's very spontaneous! Even the ''choose" is not a choose, sometimes the "remember to look" comes at. So, there is not a chooser. At least in the actual experience. Ok that's what I can find too :-) ! So looks to me that you are now able to look at RAW sensations without being disturbed...

Re: Following the Whitte Rabbit

Did i do anything to make that thought appear? Noup, they arise when a sensation arise. There is indeed the labeling of sensations, perception and thoughts. But you see we can now go further and ask if you can choose to look at something or to pay attention to a specific sound. Or if you had any co...

Re: Following the Whitte Rabbit

Hey Alan, I'm agree. :) Ok cool. You're correctly seeing how thoughts are constructing "your" world. Well, I do the exercise but in another circumstance. I had sex with a guy this morning. It was a nice experience! I did it but from the "looking" experience. (...) So I feel the his skin but then I r...

Re: Following the Whitte Rabbit

Hi Alan, Well, I have been looking like this in my day. So, everything like magic or something. Yesterday I just saw where my friends were and listening the sounds that come out their mouths. Even I just look that the mind, or the thoughts, combine the sounds and the figure to make the label "friend...

Re: Following the Whitte Rabbit

That doesn't have sense. I wanted to say: Did I explained? Hahahaha. This make my day. :) Ok let's get further in the exploration of sense perception. Notice a sound in the distance. it could be anything - crickets, the wind, a dog barking, a train, a plane. let's say it's a dog barking. so it seem...

Re: Following the Whitte Rabbit

Sorry not sure what you mean by "may I explain" :).

Can you pls look up the translation in Spanish to double check ?

"Permítanme explicar"?

I thought you wanted to explain in more detail what you saw. Was it what you meant ?

Re: Following the Whitte Rabbit

Yes. They are one. Or they are "touching" sensation. Even I try to separate or put together the fingers to experiment the difference. And they are the same. It's "touching" sensation. Great. Nice LOOKING Alan :-) Yes! It comes, staying and then it goes. Deep insight into "impermanence". Maybe imper...
